The proposed project is an 8-story multi-family residential project consisting of 110 market-rate residential units and 12 off-site affordable units provided at 1323 5th Street. Notice of Virtual Community Meeting

You are invited to attend a virtual Community Meeting to review two proposed multifamily residential projects in your neighborhood: 1338 5th Street and 1323 5th Street. The projects are proposed as Administrative Approval - Housing Projects, pursuant to SMMC 9.39.020 (A)(1). Both projects will be presented at a single meeting. You are welcome to join us for both. The projects will be presented sequentially at the following times:
